Greys Hill Cottage is a superb cosy family house, in a pretty, charming town close to station and the River Thames. You will have everything on your doorstep; the best markets, butcher, restaurants, charming pubs & country walks. We have worked hard to kit the house out to make your stay a special one. This is our home, and is lived in. It is a traditional terraced cottage & has everything you need for a family stay. Henley is the perfect place for relaxing with heaps of family-friendly activities, local history and culture.
THE COTTAGE
Our cottage is a period property, and is full of character, warmth and natural light. It is a typically narrow terraced cottage which will seems boutique to anyone from a detached house. It sleeps 6 (including two in bunk beds, two in a kingsize bed and two in singles in the top room.
The dining room seats 6, with the table fully extended. The living room has a 2 seater sofa, and two arm chairs. It is a small cosy room, so please note this, so you’re not surprised when you arrive!
As mentioned, this is a very cute cottage right in the centre of Henley, with an unbeatable position close to local shops and amenities and a step away from incredible natural beauty. It is a small house to accommodate six people for a long period of time.
Please don’t be surprised, when you see how cosy the rooms are and how there isn’t lots of storage space. To us it is a special house with character set in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It has been part of our family for a long time, and we use it frequently, which is worth noting as it has our personal touches in it.
